  • Today I am keeping it simple! 
There is nothing I want more for you then to be able to achieve the ideal body you are aiming for. With that in mind I want to just give you a few little cardio tips to help you turn that 20 mins of the same old thing into a calorie burning, body adapting, fat burning marathon of glory! Cardio is amazing and when you do it right it really unlocks your body and provides a great environment to keep the core active while moving the other parts of your body. However, if you literally are walking in the gym and hopping on the same machine for the same amount of time you are truly missing out on some waistline slimming action and all you have to do is shift a few things!   • How to make it:
1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190°C), with a rack positioned in the center of the oven.
2. Combine the tomatoes, green beans, corn, capers, 1 tablespoon of the oil, 1½ teaspoons salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper in a 9 by 13-inch (20 by 30-cm) baking dish. Toss until evenly mixed.
3. Brush the fish with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil, and season on both sides with the oregano and 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Nestle the fish in the tomato-corn mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake until the swordfish is opaque throughout, 25 to 30 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the fish and vegetables with parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges. #opd #trainerbodde
